· From Authorized Establishments, under official control of the SAG

 

· Transported from the Authorized Establishments, to our Processing Plants through an own fleet of trucks authorized by the Sanitary Authority and monitored by GPS

 

· Ensuring the opportunity for collection, safe transport and reception capacity in plants with permanent availability, which guarantee their freshness

· Destined in a segregated way to its different process lines, according to origin and species, ensuring the clients' requirements for its safe use

· Undergoing an optimal process of controlled transformation , which guarantees that its nutritional properties remain unchanged, through the use of the Best Available Technology (BAT)

TRACEABILITY AND QUALITY CONTROL

· They account for the use of fresh raw materials (NBVT and Histamine parameters below range).

· Analysis of the registry of heat treatment for the elimination of pathogens, verification through bacteriological analysis (absence of salmonella and listeria).

 

· Incorporation of bacteriostats and antioxidant that guarantees preservation to guarantee the useful life of the products obtained over 60 days.

 

· Ensuring quality standards such as protein content, degree of acidity, melting point, color and flavor; resulting from the selection of raw materials, which are controlled from their origin, during their processing, until the final delivery to our customers of the final product identified by perfectly auditable batches.
